Products and services:

1. Energy assessment of buildings, with and without use of thermograph, including the analysis of heat characteristics and energy systems of building in order to determine efficiency or inefficiency of energy consumption, as well as bringing of the conclusions and recommendations for increase of energy efficiency. We perform two types of energy assessments, including:

• Preliminary (so called ”walk-through”) energy assessment, which is the first step in costs control and decrease of energents consumption; and
• Detailed energy assessment: if it proves, after the preliminary energy assessment of the building that there is a significant potential for energy saving, detailed energy assessment is done including development of the appropriate investment study.

1. 2. Thermographic assessment in other situations, primarily including detection of the following deficiencies:

• Assembly errors in relays and switches;
  • Leaking of gas, air or steam in pipelines;
  • Excess heating during work of engine or pumps;
  • Cracks on wall and ceiling insulations;
  • Components break in different electricity units;
  • Leaking of water installations, etc.

Thermographic assessment is done in the following areas:

• Equipment testing
• Routine maintenance works
• Quality control of repairs;
• Detection of the existing and diagnosing potential breaks, etc.
